- POSITION NO. 2050.20 – The Department of Management at the Aarhus School of Business (ASB), Aarhus University, invites applications for the position of Assistant/Associate Professor in Information Systems. The Department covers the teaching within management, strategy, organisation, information systems, and international business development at Aarhus School of Business. The research of the Department has mainly focused on areas such as innovation, change management, technology management, entrepreneurship, human resource management, information systems implementation and use, and international conditions for management and business development. In terms of research the position is with the Information Systems Research Group (ISRG). This research group has been created in order to strengthen the research in the strategy and management of information systems and more specifi cally in the development, implementation, and usage of IT in private and public organizations. In particular the ISRG has focus on the health, agriculture, telecommunication, and manufacturing industries. In order to take advantage of existing skills and to create synergies with the other members of the IS research group, applicants with qualifi cations and interests within the mentioned focus industries and one or more of the following research areas will be preferred: Information systems strategy and governance Management of enterprise systems Management of information systems development Information systems implementation and use Information systems project management and change management Closing date for applications is Monday August 31st 2009 at 12 noon.
