Carlsberg Breweries A/S is looking for an experienced Compensation & Benefits Director to drive the reward strategy for Carlsberg HQ and the Group's Top Management for the Carlsberg companies.Group HR in Carlsberg Breweries has a team of around 18 experienced HR professionals working with global HR strategies and policies, development programmes, reward processes, grade systems, and recruitment for both HQ and top level positions in the individual subsidiaries. The department is in the middle of an exciting change process with focus on optimising processes and procedures and creating the HR architecture for the future.Responsible for global reward strategy & processesAs Compensation & Benefits Director you will have the overall responsibility for driving the annual reward processes, incl. salary regulation, LTI and STI programmes, Expatriation Management. Besides this you cover a wide area within HR such as international position evaluation, compensation packages, insurances, and travel policy. Focus is not only on following current processes, but also to develop, evaluate and implement new ways of doing things. Your will have support from a Int' Compensation & Benefits Manager.In your work there will be a close collaboration with your colleagues in Group HR, Top Management in HQ and the Carlsberg companies, and Group Finance. In several of the Carlsberg companies local specialists within Compensation & Benefits work with the operational part, and you will have a close dialogue and follow-up with them. You report to the VP, Group HR.A hands-on attitude combined with a solid experience in Compensation & Benefits / FinanceTo succeed in the position it is expected that you have professional experience in HR Compensation & Benefits (alternatively from a Finance Function) in a large international company. You also hold a University degree or similar at Master level. You demonstrate a solid business understanding and have a genuine interest in the Carlsberg business. In your work you have also touched upon SAP.You are dynamic, dedicated and demonstrate a positive personal power in your dealings with all types of stakeholders. You have project management skills and always engage in a structured approach enabling you to roll-out projects very professionally and timely. Due to your experience from an international environment you demonstrate empathy and understanding for different cultures and are a team player.
