Their European outsourcing team supports 15 countries in Europe and they are now expanding their Norwegian, Danish, Finnish & Swedish teams.Role: Opportunities exist for customer focused professionals to join their accounts receivable, collections, order management and customer service teams in Dublin. The roles will be to support a main client that sells, manages and transacts their software to clients across Europe. As an accounts receivable, collections, order management or customer service professional you will be responsible for trouble shooting client queries and supporting corporate customers.Skills: To be considered for the role you will need fluency in Norwegian, Danish, Finnish or Swedish as well as fluency in English. Good customer skills, typing, word processing and database knowledge are necessary in order to support customers.
