Their core business is to provide European customers with IT support and general Customer information. Their European Customer Service headquarters is based in Belgium.Role: As a member of their customer and technical support team you will work on a dedicated project team supporting customers from general customer services questions to more technical issues. This is a varied role that will see you support IT & customer service requests on a whole range of high-tech products. You will join one of their country teams.Skills: To be considered for the role you will need basic PC knowledge, being customer oriented with excellent phone manners and good communication skills. Knowledge or strong interest of IT support and more specifically peripherals and high-tech device is required. In addition you will need to be native fluent in Danish or Swedish with a good level of English.
