In line with the existing service level agreements, you will liaise with our target groups, which include individuals with chronic diseases, health care professionals, pharmacies, health insurance companies and wholesalers. Your main tasks are the provision of qualified product support in the field of Diabetes and Coagulation Management, such as instructions for product handling as well as product promotion both on the telephone and in correspondence. This includes responding to enquiries concerning marketing campaigns and the follow-up on marketing and sales force activities. A further task is handling and documenting customer complaints according to internal and external guidelines.Who you areYou have excellent interpersonal skills, are willing and capable of handling cross-cultural situations with patience, empathy and competence, and, can integrate these skills into your multilingual/multicultural team. You are a good team player, who is also highly sales and service-oriented. You know how to put new information to use quickly. You have successfully completed vocational training and/or college. Furthermore, you are proficient in the use of the Microsoft Windows Office© package. Experience in a customer service center, preferably in the area of healthcare, would be helpful, however, not mandatory. Detailed training will be provided and covers the healthcare market, the relevant products, our communication standards and our CRM-software.Excellent communication skills in one North-West European language – Danish, Dutch, Finnish, French, Norwegian and Swedish – and in English, both orally and in writing, are absolutely mandatory for this position.
