Beskrivelse:Job descriptionAs our detailed blade designer you will be working in the core blade development team. You will develop solutions together with our internal and external customers using advanced 3D CAD tools. You will follow these solutions from the concept until the implementation phase in the zero serial production and a potential improvement loop. You will receive training in all the relevant tools. You will be part of a network within LM, including production facilities and group support functions worldwide. As you develop your skills, you will be able to take on increased responsibilities as required. Tasks and responsibilities You will be involved in various tasks within the design of a new rotor blade. This includes design of tools and components of a rotor blade but also their verification and use in production. These tasks will fulfilled within a team of experts in different disciplines. You will discuss your solutions with colleagues working on other blades. You will plan your work based on your own and your colleagues’ experience. You will contribute with your knowledge and experience to find an optimal blade solution. You will document your solutions in order to convince certifying bodies with respect to their quality. ProfileYou have a mechanical or civil engineering background. Experience with 3D CAD modelling is a significant advantage. You have strong communication skills and must be able to communicate in English, both written and verbal. You work in a disciplined manner with focus on execution of agreed activities. You are flexible towards your daily activities and you find it natural to take ownership. You will work with a strong team of engineers from different cultures and having different skills; you are therefore good at showing respect and trust in other people.
