And do you have the skills to lead our new Corporate Pricing section to international success?The pharmaceutical industry is developing at a rapid pace and to maintain our world leading position, LEO Pharma is looking for a strategic and yet pragmatic manager to help us set up and run a new section.The position holds a unique opportunity to build up and shape our new Corporate Pricing section in a time defined by expansion and truly demanding market challenges.About the JobThe new Corporate Pricing section will be part of our Corporate Pricing and Health Economic department and you will be joining a team of competent colleagues. Your first task will be to set up your own team starting off by hiring two new employees. As Head of Corporate Pricing your key responsibility will be to secure optimal prices in the entire product lifecycle. This involves: developing global pricing strategies for new promising products and for our existing portfolio developing optimal launch sequences together with the Market Access team acting as a challenge partner to our Market Access team optimising our price and product range monitoring parallel trade together with our Business Analysis team preliminary pricing analysis of potential inlicensing candidates monitoring the pricing environment globally and working as a sparring partner for affiliates and regionsWe offer you an exciting position in one of the world's leading pharmaceutical companies within dermatology. The position is based at LEO Pharma's headquarters near Copenhagen, Denmark. You will cooperate closely with colleagues in our affiliates across the world as well as in our headquarters. Your QualificationsThe ideal candidate: has a degree in economic science or commerce has at least 4-6 years of experience within the pharmaceutical industry has knowledge and proven experience within pharmaceutical pricing is flexible with respect to travellingOn the professional level, you are a strategist who knows how to bargain like a merchant and has the ability to work pragmatically and independently. Your analytical skills will help you identify problems and solutions, and your planning skills ensure that you meet deadlines and high quality demands in a dynamic environment. On the personal level, you are outgoing and comfortable with cooperating and communicating across educational, geographical and cultural boarders.
