For our HQ in Copenhagen we search for a Project Funding Manager for a position that reports directly to the CEO. The position contains a wide variety of financial assignments that will give a diverse and interesting workload with the responsibility for our: internal and external funding, credit risk control, setting the required rate of return on invested capital and investment structure. The newly established position as Funding Manager is leading to great challenges and opportunities to influence the future direction and strategies for the company. The Job The Funding Manager must have a strong personal drive and adapt rapidly to new situations. Some of your responsibilities will be following: • Initiate contact to project financing banks • Analyse new project funding possibilities • Initiate, manage and control: o Project financing pool agreements o Securitisation o Bond financing • Supervise internal capital structures, establishment of internal financing and finance documentation, such as documentation and control of project financing. • Keep contact to pension funds and investments funds/ unit trusts You have experience with funding and finance. You work methodically and structured are analytical and values solving the tasks in due time and in high quality. You have experience with investment and project financing. You work in a detail oriented manner with legal material and are competent at negotiating and finalizing legal agreements. You have a fact based mindset and strong prioritization skills which enable you to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and make well-founded decisions. You have excellent interpersonal skills helping you to work effectively in teams and create networks. Requirements for the position: We imagine that you have min. 3 years of experience from the industry or banking. You have a Masters degree within economics and/or finance such as: auditor and/or CFO. As we work in an international environment English and German on negotiation level is required. Knowledge of Italian and/or Spanish is an advantage but not a necessity.
