Our partner business rests on a strong commitment to relationships where we do not see competitors; we see potential partners and avenues for partnership.To further facilitate the growth in our partnership business, we are currently looking for an ambitious senior marketing professional with a drive to succeed and a genuine passion for what they do.ResponsibilitiesThe role of the Global Marketing Manager, Partner Business is to help cultivate new partnerships as well as to grow our many existing partnership relationships across the globe. The Global Marketing Manager will work alongside and have responsibility for a team of managers. You will report to the Global Marketing Director and be part of a dynamic and ambitious Marketing Leadership Team. Your areas of responsibility will include:• Development and leadership of your team who carry our messages further and inspire the best ideas to take shape.• Driving the development and implementation of our overall Partner Business Marketing Plan. • Global campaigns towards new and existing partners, based on our long term Brand Communication strategy. • Building close relationships for knowledge sharing with internal Business Owners and external partners: White Label Partners, Institutional Partners and Introducing Brokers.• Creating and implementing initiatives for up-selling and fencing-in of existing partners. • Managing the budget and working with our external partners, such as advertising and media agencies, etc.QualificationsTo succeed you must satisfy the following criteria:• Have a proven track record of strategic and operational B2B marketing in an international environment. Developing partner programs is one of your strengths.• Have a strong appreciation of the value of a client relationship as well as the skills to develop it through CRM-thinking and direct marketing.• Be a good team player and leader at the same time• Show drive and initiative, and be able to work independently• Fluency in verbal and written English.Experience within the financial industry is a plus.As a person you are creative, energetic and a strong, ambitious leader.
