Join the ATP Alpha Information and Transaction Management Team. ATP Alpha is an independent division in ATP’s Funds department. ATP Alpha is organised in independent investment teams which have different areas of expertise and different investment strategies. We have implemented a new operational platform which we are currently extending and adjusting to our business.The JobThe close down and balancing of trades in ATP Alpha is normally handled by our external co-operators (Prime Brokers and Fund Administrator). The implementation of our operational platform aims to ensure a high level of STP which implies that the Exception Manager must be able to focus on handling and solving so-called “breaks” in the close down or balancing.The Exception Manager must daily follow the positions in our operational platform and reports supplied by our external co-operators. This will mean daily contact to ATP Alpha’s Prime Brokers and Fund Administrator.It must be anticipated that training in our new system is necessary and that this training will take place in either Hillerød or London. You will at the same time be introduced to our co-operators.We are currently in the build-up phase and you will thus become part of our new ATP Alpha ITM (Information and Transaction Management) team. We expect you to take part in the development of the team. The CandidateYou have a solid experience from the financial sector and are familiar with closing and handling of different financial products. If you are experienced in Fixed Income, this will be to your advantage. As your primary contact persons will be our Prime Brokers and Fund Administrator, you are fluent in English (written and spoken).We value professionalism, quality and reliability highly.
