The QA Manager is primarily responsible for setting up a QA system for a large scale telecom SWAP project. The QA Manager must undertake the following tasks:
- Engineer quality assurance, control, and planning. - Set up and optimize the engineering quality control model and relevant business processes and systems according to the actual business operation environment. - Audit engineering quality including: - Contract Review, - Partner Qualification, - Partner Evaluation, - Partner Selection, - Survey & Design, - Equipment Configuration Design, - Hardware Installation, - Software Debugging, - Safety Production Specifications, - Process Evaluation, - Evaluation of Cooperation Engineering Quality, - Engineering Business Date, - Engineering Documentation, - Project Documentation
- Promote and implement the engineering quality standards. -Guide and supervise the construction of the quality management system and quality control model of the representative office and the product lines. - Participate in the implementation of major projects. - Handle the routine training and pre-warning about the engineering quality standard for the new and old staff, staff of the partner company, project manager and project supervisor. - Formulate the project quality check plan, organize the quality check, appraisal and audit. - Guide the construction of the quality management system in the partner companies, and monitor and implement the quality control activities of the partner companies. - Summarize, analyze and publicize the quality cases and major accidents, and formulate the measures for improving the quality on an ongoing basis. - Handle and respond to the quality problems, and collect and feed back the problems and information related to project quality.
Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Quality Management. - Relevant Master’s degree and Quality Management knowledge including: TL9000,ISO9000, HSQE. - Good knowledge of at least one or more of the following product and solutions: UMTS; Broadband network. - At least 5 years engineering quality management experience with the telecommunications field in Europe. - Priority in also having experience of turn-key project quality management experience. - Must be fluent in English. - Only Scandinavian speaking people will be considered. - Can travel to support project
