LifeCycle Pharma is experiencing continuous growth; therefore we are looking for an IR and Communication Manager to support our Investor Relations Activities as well as the external and internal Communication activities of the company.The IR and Communication Manager will be responsible for the company’s external communication via Internet and external communication channels as well as the internal communication via our Intranet. This position reports to the Head of Investor Relations and Communication and is based at our headquarters in Denmark.Key Responsibilities Responsible for updating www.lcpharma.com; composing news releases, investor presentations and information as well as general content for external use in close cooperation with the Head of Investor Relations. Responsible for editing and compiling the print of annual reports, quarterly reports and various presentations used for the investor community and general presentations of the company. Point of contact to our external partners in advertising, printing and others relevant parties Assist Head of IR in all aspects regarding external communication material Cooperation with Head of IR and Management regarding IR media and PR material Project responsible for the LCP Intranet securing timely communication and information in cooperation with internal Content Managers Develop and implement external and internal communication strategy Furthermore develop and maintain LCP’s homepage for investors Develop and maintain the company’s competitor intelligence activities and database Qualifications The ideal candidate holds a master’s degree in Communication and has a few years experience from a similar position in a listed company IT flair and user experience with CMS web editing is a must Experience with a broad range of communication activities within an international company including production of printed material from idea to print International and cross-cultural mind-set as well as strong interpersonal skills and high integrity Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple, concurrent priorities with many needing immediate attention Absolute flawless verbal and written communication skills in English How to ApplyIf you are ready for a new challenge and you can match the above profile, please submit your application and CV in English to LifeCycle Pharma by applying online no later than May 15, 2009 at the latest.
