Mærsk Olie og Gas AS is looking for a Maintenance/Inspection Engineer for the Process Corrosion & Integrity section of the In-service Integrity & Maintenance department in our Esbjerg offices.The Process Corrosion & Integrity section is responsible for maintenance of pipeline and piping systems, pressure vessels, coating, insulation and painting programmes and the coordinating of all Inspection activities.The positionWe are looking for a Maintenance/Inspection Engineer to assume responsibility for:• integrity assessments of pressure vessels.• corrosion and coating control and repair activities.• planning and execution of activities in a cost efficient manner to meet required internal and external standards.Essential job tasks:• Evaluation of corrosion root causes and improvement of vessel integrity.• Day-to-day coordination of onshore and offshore maintenance activities.• Assessment of inspection programmes and schedules.• Budget and cost control.• Planning and execution of offshore activities in coordination with the Construction department.QualificationsThe ideal candidate will be a Graduate or Marine Engineer, have an interest in NDT inspection techniques and inspection principles (Risk Based Inspection) and relevant experience.
