RESPONSIBILITIES:
Responsibility for delivering a Technology product revenue target from a group of named accounts and subsidiaries – in close cooperation with Field counterpart.
Creation of account plan and execution of same ensuring full coverage and account penetration is achieved.
Implementation of Industry Plan and Industry marketing plan.
Working closely with Oracle partner community and Industry ISVs to maximise business in accounts.
Management of the engagement of extended Sales team into the account base including use of Sales Specialists, pre-Sales Consultants and Interaction Centre Representatives. Proactive Demand Generation activity into account base.
Management of entire Sales Cycle from prospecting, through iMeetings and Proof of Concepts to closing.
Lead generation through Product, Country and Industry Specific Marketing campaigns.
Demonstrate a thorough knowledge of Oracle’s Technology solution product set.
Provide weekly accurate sales forecasts to Manager.
Presentation of account plan to Management within Oracle Direct and Field.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Fluency in English and Danish
Professional selling experience especially in prospecting needs analysis, solution design, negotiation and closing would be an advantage.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills and persuasive skills essential.
Fluency in English.
Demonstrable track record of successful selling into complex organisations preferable.
Strong understanding of business issues within Industries and Lines of Business.
High level of energy, drive, enthusiasm, commitment, self-belief and positive attitude.
Strong organizational and planning skills essential.
Real desire to learn and continuously expand personal professional knowledge.
Ability to work in a high pressured, fast moving and challenging target-driven environment.
Strong team working skills particularly in a virtual team environment.
Ability to work effectively with 3rd parties including Oracle partners and ISV’s
