Sales managers – FLSmidth AirtechAs Sales manager in FLSmidth Airtech A/S you will assume overall sales responsibility for projects in the range of DKK 2 and 50m.It is a demanding position in an international environment, where you will meet and work with people from different cultural backgrounds around the globe.   You will be based at FLSmidth Airtech’s main office in Valby with either Europe and the Middle East or Asia and South America as business area.Submission of tenders and contract negotiationsYou will assume full responsibility for project sale of fabric filter and electrostatic precipitators within your department’s geographical business area.  The sales work will be carried out in close partnership with the department’s project managers and the technical departments. You will, however, present and prepare the final proposal to the customer and assume sales responsibility – from we receive an enquiry from the customer until the contract has been signed.The position involves wide contacts to external suppliers and customers and internally in the company and ample scope for personal and professional development. You should expect around 60 days of travel per year.Sales persons with technical insight As our products are technically advanced, we expect you to hold a degree in engineering – or as a minimum another technical background. Knowledge of the legal side of contracts and contract finance and strong business acumen is a prerequisite.  Branch knowledge and/or experience with sales of industrial plants are an advantage. As a person you have drive, are adaptable and able to work independently. As you will work closely with all FLSmidth Airtech’s departments, it is important that you have excellent cooperation skills.
