Company: Our client is a leading outsourcing company that has in excess of 20 years experience providing IT, Customer service and sales support to their global client base. Their core business is supporting world leading companies to stream line their processes and service offerings. Their European Customer Service headquarters is based in Brussels (Belgium).
Role: A new project has created new Danish, Swedish, Finnish, Norwegian, Estonian, Latvian and Lithuanian positions in their EMEA HQ. These positions are based in Brussels for agents available to start from August 2007.If you are a fluent speaker of Danish, Swedish, Finnish, Norwegian, Estonian, Latvian and Lithuanian and have either customer service or technical support and enjoy working with customers this could be for you!!The main tasks of this role are provide customer service/ customer support/technical support and follow up by phone, e-mail, internet and fax supporting customers with information, advice and troubleshooting. 
Skills: The ideal candidate will have at least 2-3 years experience in 1st or 2nd  level Technical Support. Fluency in one of the Nordic or Baltic languages mentioned before is compulsory
