A position as Associate Professor in Educational Psychology is open from 1 January 2010 or soon after.The Associate Professorship is a permanent position with research and teaching. The teaching part will be within the field of educational psychology. The Associate Professor is expected to participate in the daily activities of the department, such as seminars, workshops, etc., as well as taking on supervision of students. In addition, the person in question is to take part in the organizational and administrative tasks of the department.The successful candidate is expected to attend all the main activities of the department, including examination and administration, it is required that non-Danish speakers within a short period (2 years as a maximum) acquire the necessary knowledge of Danish. Permanent employment as an associate or full professor at the Faculty of Social Sciences requires completion of the supervision course provided by the Centre for Learning and Education at the Faculty of Social Sciences. In case the candidate has not completed the course before commencement of employment, continued employment will be conditional on prompt completion of the supervision course (http://www.clu.au.dk/en).
