Z-Wave enables ultra low cost and power conscious wireless Home Control applications.Job DescriptionYou will have the full responsibility of F&A activities in Zensys A/S - a Danish subsidiary of Sigma designs in USA. You will report to Sigma HQ in USA and dotted line to the local CEO.Your main responsibility is to perform all financial tasks within the Danish branch office – including Account payable, Salary, Pension and all financial transaction between Sigma designs and Zensys A/S. You will also manage our Trademark and Patent Filings and payments together with our Patent lawyer.Additionally, you will have the responsibility of the entire facility management and administration including interfacing to the cleaning company, the catering company, the landlord etc. Finally minor secretary job functions such as filing contracts, ordering of misc office supplies, answering the phone and distribution of post etc.Your primary work tasks will be All financial activities within Zensys A/S Facility Management of Zensys A/S Filing of Contract, NDAs, Trademark and Patents We expect that you Have 5+ years of experience as an Accountant Have Oracle or Axapta experience Fluent in written and spoken English, as English is the cooperate language Have a dedicated attitude.
